Registration Rules
Regulations on collecting the registration fee for the Conference via the website tinnitus2025.com, belonging to the Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o.
§1 Definitions
- Electronic address – designation of an IT system enabling communication via electronic means of communication, in particular e-mail.
- Commercial information – any information intended directly or indirectly to promote goods, services, or the image of an entrepreneur or a person practicing a profession whose right to practice depends on meeting the requirements specified in separate acts.
- ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using a terminal device appropriate for a given type of network within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1489, as amended).
- Providing a service electronically – performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transmitting data at the individual request of the Customer, sent and received using electronic processing devices, including digital compression and data storage, which is entirely transmitted and received or transmitted via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law.
- Means of electronic communication – technical solutions enabling individual distance communication using data transmission.
- Customer – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the service provided electronically by Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. via tinnitus2025.com.
- Organizer – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality dealing with the organization of events, including conferences.
- Services – services provided electronically by the Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. for the benefit of the Client based on the Regulations.
- Invoice – an electronic sales document issued and sent in PDF format to the address indicated by the Customer.
- INZ – Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kajetany, ul. Mokra 1, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland, NIP: 534-240-98-41, REGON: 141684503, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000319184.
- Tinnitus2025.com – website for registration for the Conference.
- Conference – each conference, congress, training, or other event carried out by the Organizer, for which a registration fee is charged via tinnitus2025.com.
- Facility – the place where a given Conference will be held.
- Working day – every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Confirmation of participation – a document entitling participation in the Conference, confirming payment of the registration fee.
- Electronic confirmation of participation – an electronically generated document to be printed or saved by the Participant.
- Cart/Summary – a contractual term identifying the condition of the reserved places to participate in the Conference.
§2 General provisions
- These regulations define the rules for the provision of electronic services by Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. via tinnitus2025.com.
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the following provisions apply:
- Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
- Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended),
- Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes of September 23, 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823, as amended),
- Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended),
- and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
- Access to tinnitus2025.com is open to anyone who can connect to the public Internet.
- Customers are obliged to read the Regulations before registering for the Conference.
- The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.
- By registering for the Conference, the Client accepts these regulations and rules.
§3 Order and payment
- Orders can be placed through the registration form available at tinnitus2025.com.
- The registration fee can be paid via eTransfer, payment card, BLIK system (payments handled by Przelewy24 – PayPro SA, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań), or bank transfer.
- The Client may select and pay for more than one participation reservation.
- The order is considered placed when the Customer selects the type of reservation, determines their quantity, and selects the type of payment.
- The order will be automatically canceled if not paid within the given deadlines.
§4 Ticket purchase
- The prices given on tinnitus2025.com are gross prices (including VAT).
- The condition for confirming the registration and purchase of participation is the payment of the registration fee.
- After completing the registration, an email confirmation will be sent.
- INZ is not responsible for unauthorized duplication of the confirmation of participation.
§5 Liability
- INZ is not responsible for the content posted on other domains not owned by INZ.
- INZ is not liable for damages resulting from the use of tinnitus2025.com in a manner inconsistent with the law.
- INZ is not responsible for email blocking issues related to mail servers or software.
§6 Cancellation of the Conference or change of date
- In the event of cancellation, change of date, or place of the Conference, the Client will have the option of replacing the confirmation of participation or receiving a refund.
- Clients will be informed about such changes via tinnitus2025.com and email.
- Refunds will only be processed after verification of the Customer’s personal data.
- Refunds will be made to the customer accounts from which the registration payment was received.
- Except in specified cases, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee after March 15, 2024.
§7 Complaints
- Complaints regarding the registration fee may be submitted electronically via email or in writing.
- INZ will respond to complaints within 30 days.
- The Customer may use extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.
§8 Data protection and intellectual property
- By registering for the Conference, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data solely for order fulfillment.
- The Customer may withdraw consent for advertising and promotional materials at any time.
- The Customer has the right to access and correct their data.
- Unauthorized use of materials from tinnitus2025.com is prohibited.
- In the event of disputes with the Customer, the court competent to hear them is the common court competent under applicable regulations.
